My tip, if you want to wear wide leg trousers, make sure they’re crease resistant, and take a couple of hair elastics to keep them in around your ankles if you need to go to the loo😁

I liked the third outfit, it is quite similar to what I wear these days in Madrid but I wear it with a denim jacket or a bomber jacket (hoodies are too casual for me). However, I think you felt more comfortable in the first one so my vote goes for the first! I also liked a lot the purple cardigan, it looks very you. The cap screams tourist to me because it is something most people never wear here. Happy travel, I hope you have a wonderful time in Spain!

Maybe you can combine the purple cardigan with the Nike's? Or the green pant with something black? Like the black blazer? But you will have to replace the blue coat from the first oufit... There's so many options 😂 just remember to feel comfortable & fabolous!

Outfit #1 overall - although I don't know about the black somewhere hot. My preference towards comfort would be the last one, which I'd vote for,but I think it needs a long comfy sweater/cardi or transformable blanket wrap/jacket. Something pink,ice pink with grey or white for the outfit. It might go with your sezane bag if you have lavender blues,greys,white and punches of pink. I also think a wrap skirt will be good to throw over your pants so you can slip the pants off easily underneath. Do you have a blanket like wrap jacket that can be transformed into a carry bag ?

I love the pops of color! Cold in Ireland like here in MN, USA but the black could be too warm absorbing all that sun and heat in Spain. Have a blast - you always look so put together 🎉

Have fun in Spain! I have seen a lot of travel advice about NOT wearing white clothing (even tops). I have enjoyed wearing pattern tops as they can hide stains better.

Hahaha I was waiting to see if you were going to say anything about the wide leg trousers! There’s a company advertising all over instagram for their travel clothes and all the pants are wide-leg! It’s a style I love but it goes straight into the suitcase! I wear leggings or joggers on the plane!! I like wearing joggers with a t-shirt in the same color so it looks like a jumpsuit! Also the slip-on sneakers that so many companies make now (I love Kiziks, don’t know if they aer available in Europe). I’m with the first outfit people! But everything looks so good on you!!

Nice. It looks good with the print cardigan because it creates more contrast. And wear socks, you will get blisters - even on your ankles. I had that happen before.

Hi Sarah, Thankyou for your video, I always value your advice, I’m a winter, the first outfit looks the best what would look nice is a navy / white boat neck Breton top ( so versatile) navy chinos , ballet flats and a linen blazer. Hope you have a nice holiday.xx😀

I used to travel in jeans almost always back when I still had some. Nowadays I would still travel in cordaroid pants or something like that, depending on the weather. I love the combination of cobald blue (probably my favourite winter colour aside from fuchsia).I would be hesitant to wear white legged trousers on an airplane either. Since you mentioned white legged trousers would be better in the warm weather, I would take them, the coat from the first outfit (to have a point of interest). And I would take the purple cardigan for the start and the flight. I don't know about the joggers. They are my least favourite. The white T-Shirt looks nice, but as you said, accidants might happen and it's better to wear darker colours.

Loved this video! Sadly for me, although I like their look, the outfits wouldn’t work for me. I love the look of outfits 2 and 3. For 1, the trench coat would be too long for me (I’m 5’1) if as I don’t wear heals for travelling. Also, I need socks in my ankles, so I’m not sure how this would look. For outfit 2, because I could easily get cold or hot and the plane is tight, I would need a sweater with a full zip so I can easily remove it. I love the cap. For outfit 3, it’s my favourite I think. But i would need to know what kind of socks I can wear if I would be wearing pants like the model. I also would need to be able to remove easily the sweater, so full zip or buttons. I like your purple sweater in 2, beautiful colour, plus it has because you the buttons.

Hi! I LOVE the blue coat is perfect! And the intention of the outfit is very good for traveling. I just have a few suggestions, if you want to use it exactly like that, choose some comfortable black shoes that you already have & take the Nike shoes in the bag. Also, it will look so much better with a black bag, doesn't have to be the fanciest, could be a travel bag (cheap from amanzon 😂) that matches the colors of your cute outfit! You look very nice & elegant in black, with the coat and the sunglasses! I hope it serves you... Is just an opinion. And happy trip! ❤

I love the idea of a trench coat, but travelling on public transport to the airport (plus living in Scottish highlands) requires a practical hood - always! I also plan for practical escape in a plane, so shoes and clothes practical, I am one of the few people I know who was actually in a plane crash and survived. I hate flying because of it, have to sit strapped in all through the flight and could not get up (so no going to the loo, and no drinking because of it). I do breathing exercises but feel faint and sick most of the time. Still, I do it, to get where I want to go (feel the fear and do it anyway). I am off to the Canary Islands in 10 days time and starting to panic already, but will enjoy it when I get there!

I went to Tenerife in December got up at 2 am all planning went out the window i was in a tired rage getting dressed up until i fell asleep on the plane 😂

Hi Sarah! Of the outfits you wore I vote for 1. However I’m wondering if you are driving yourself to the airport? When we do, we leave our winter coats in the car. I think you should dress for where you are going (although with layers) and definitely not in black! You will be so hot when you arrive! It's useful to hear your reasoning but choose none of them. Why travel in outfits you don't already wear and won't wear at your destination? I create a layered outfit from the items I'm planning to take. Partly so I can go from one climate to another, and varying plane temperatures, and partly so that if my luggage goes missing I have enough basics to wear for a few days with maybe just an extra T shirt. I wear a sleeveless or short sleeved top, a shirt and/or cardigan, a jacket or jumper, a rain coat, trainers/ boots or heavier shoes, hat, scarf (gloves), and versatile bottom for the trip, usually trousers, sometimes black jeans or a skirt. I love my ivory denim jacket and cardigan for summer trips, but take shout wipes and travel wash for marks. Darker colours and prints are more sensible.
