The Stumpjumper FSR Comp 29r climbs better than all my previous bikes and descends better too. Old fat guys like myself can still ride because active suspension saves my back from jarring.

why do you have to jump up to a $8,600 stumpy to get a Pike RCT3 ? that and the press fit bb is what's holding me back from pulling the trigger on a 2016 stumpy. Transition and Santa Cruz both still use a threaded BB, and Ibis went back to a threaded BB on the new Ripley.

Any idea if the 2015 rear end can be bolted to a 2014 front triangle ? Same bearing kit, same link and same bolt kits for both years but not sure.

I saw on the video above a small vertical cylinder by the rear brake - that looks like it ties to the main suspension shock - what is it and how does it work?
