Finally a regular Stumpy. Lots of time they say Stumperjumper, it turns out to be the EVO one. There is quite a difference between the two.

I can’t afford any of the modern Stumpys but I do have a ‘94 FSR (1st gen full sus) and a ‘96 M2 FS. Very common in those days to have very long reach cockpits. My old back can’t hang so I converted the FSR to dropbars and the M2 to bmx cruiser, both with much shorter stems. Living new lives now.

I have this Stumpy 2016. I love it with 27.5 wheel size. Much more versatile then 29 cow.

I still have a hardtail Mango Stumpjumper M2 from 2000 with 26" wheels, and a Judy. Many upgrades over the years.

I mean, it's just down to personal preferrence with the wheel size though. I've got the 27.5, i don't like the 29 it feels really clumbsy

Same here. My 2012 is perfect. just upgraded my drivetrain to shimano deore xt groupset, and it runs like a champ

I will say though, you fuck your rear shock on the 2017, you're gonna lose limbs paying for a new one cause you have to get an addaption yoke to fit any new shock, cost me £650... So in the states $3000 lol

Should be called Stumphoppers or something because StumpJumpers for my generation are not full suspension. I could not afford one back then
