Thank you for the shop tour Dave. Hi Dave, love the channel mate and learn’t loads as a newish woodworker. Building a workbench Dave to inc my table saw and router lift etc. Planning to put some dog holes in as well. So an all in one i guess. However was looking at the top and was planning to use either plywood or Valchromat. Then I saw your top which I believe is based on kitchen worktop style. It looks very robust and really nice. But to buy a 2.4m x 1.2m top is expensive where i live. However I can buy 2 x 2.4m x 650mm for a third of the cost. Was thinking of joining them together to make a top 1.2m wide. Do these join together seamlessly? Going to cut with my Makita tracksaw and then glue together with some supporting braces underneath. Or do you think the join will stick out like a sore thumb and be very weak at the join? You seem to be an expert Dave when it comes to this sort of worktop. Keep up the good work 👍👍
