I had not come across your channel before but I'm glad I have now. I appreciate that the uploads will not be too frequent and the reasons behind that. Your projects look beautifully machined, so I hope to see more at some point. That radial is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

It's always a pleasure to watch your videos! You have been a big source of inspiration for my own 10EE restoration. I originally wasn't going to record them but watching your 10EE series tipped the scales and it's been a blast sharing on YT.

👍👍😎👍👍 - Chuck sent me over here and I immediately subscribed. You've got the perfect shop in my eyes. So much room and all the right tools for a home shop. Video what you have time for and i'll certainly watch. (FYI - it looks like I was subscriber 994. The 1K milestone is right around the corner 🌟)

Great to see you back again; I've wondered what was going on in your part of the world. I watch all of the videos from the 2 fellows you mentioned and it looks like your Hemingway knurling tool came out very well. Thanks for the update and I hope to see more of your shop soon. Now on to the bubbletop video!
@fourpondsshop7940 Жыл бұрын
Thanks Mike!! I did cheat a bit on the knurling tool...I did a few of the operations on the Tormach CNC because it was easier for me than setting up the rotary table. Clough and Inheritance did it all on manual machines.

Good to see your beautiful 10ee...ok...and good seeing you as well!! Lol Glad things are going well!! Looking forward to more machine and impala videos!! Man I'm jealous of all the space!! Lol Jeff

Hi Jeff, yes the reality is no one wants to see me!! it's all about the machinery!! lol

@Four Ponds Shop 😆 🤣 no, you have a good presence! Now I'd do more videos but I have a face for radio but not the voice. Lol. I try, but it's just so time consuming. The past handful of my videos are just unedited video updates from my phone. I should pay my 14yr old to video edit..but I probably can't afford her !!

Thanks for the video. I always love seeing what others do with their setups. Still love how good of a job you did with your 10EE’s. I hope one day to do the same to my 10EE, currently have a spare milling machine in the way.
@fourpondsshop7940 Жыл бұрын
Thanks Tim, I really enjoyed doing the rework on those machines. It's obvious that the designers of these machines knew folks would be rebuilding them for generations!!

Did you make the collet nose for the 10ee? I’ve been looking for a d1-3 for a while now but think I might have to just make my own
@fourpondsshop7940 Жыл бұрын
Hi Chris.. So no I didn't make the collet nose. The lathe came with that one. I don't think it would be that difficult to make one
@TBJK07Jeep Жыл бұрын
The collet nose is a Monarch accessory I believe. My 1939 10EE came with the same one.
