Same!!!! I work full time at a Resort at the front desk and part time at Dollar General and I have never treated a customer like that. I've had customers/guests treat me like I was an idiot but never the other way around. So sorry for that experience for you Lauren.

I’ve worked customer service for almost five years and I would literally never get mad at a customer for forgetting to ask for something because it’s not like they were intentionally being annoying and it sounds more like the Starbucks guy wasn’t listening because you said iced and also asked for the cold foam when you ordered so that’s when they should have mentioned they can’t do that 🙄

Absolutely they shouldn’t be upset.. and you shouldn’t feel bad either! I worked at Starbucks and I would’ve loved to correct my mistake especially when you’re so sweet about it. When people are nice I’d give them both drinks!! I’m sorry ppl were rude. My favorite thing about Starbucks was to make ppl happy. Quit apologizing girl. None of these situations were your fault. Kill them with kindness but don’t apologize. You’re not a Karen but you’re also the customer and are right I promise you. Don’t apologize lovey
