Just watched this video and although it was a long time ago and you're already in Korea, I'm glad you had a productive day shopping. I also get dehydrated when going into dept stores as well; the air they pump through the vents is really dry. My wife works at Kohl's and it's the same thing there. Another reason I really enjoy watching your videos is the songs you put in em. I've added quite a bit of new songs to my Spotify playlist from hearing em in your videos - both the English and Korean songs. Love it! ✌🏻😊

Hi Cherie, happy you are coming back to Korea :) I am a teacher at a hagwon in Dongtan Gyeonggi-do nearly finished my 2nd year. Honestly, you can get all the medicine you need from Korean pharmacies real cheap. They work for me even though different from what I am used to in the UK. Also Olive Young in Korea among other places also has deodorant choices now like Nivea and some more natural Korean-made choices too. It used to be hard to find deodorant but now is easier. It is still a little pricey but at least you know you can get here :) I recommend packing light and only what you need for the 2-week quarantine, as you know, you can buy pretty much anything in Korea except for bigger-sized clothes like pants and underwear. But they do have shops like H&M that sell bigger sizes too. For the two-week quarantine, the government sends you a box of food supplies and sanitizer stuff I am sure. Also if you have a good school, your director or co-teacher should help to get anything you need for your apartment while you are in quarantine. Coupang and SSG Emart online will be your best friend. SSG delivers well even you can use a foreign credit card until you get a Korean bank set up again :) Hope anything I said helped and any questions about anything teaching etc please feel free to message me :) xxx
