Shopaholic to Minimal Spending: Personal Experience

Ever since I can remember, I always thought that wearing non-branded items would make people look down on me. It felt embarrassing to be caught wearing the same clothes for a whole season! So, whenever there was a sale on branded items, I would go all out and buy them, feeling like I had struck gold! Without realizing it, I became addicted to this behavior... Although I've been hooked for a while, today I don't want to delve into why I became addicted. Instead, I want to share my personal journey of breaking free from this pattern!

I used to focus on creating beauty-related content, but in 2019, I went through a period of depression and facial nerve disorder. This experience prompted me to delve into the realms of brain science, the mind, and spirituality. As a result, I shifted my focus and now manage a platform that centers around the concept of "conscious living."
