Hello, you would need to create a different product page template that doesn’t have this section for products were you don’t want to have this section.

Hi Rauny... Thank you for the nice feedback. If you wish to know what photo dimensions to use always do the following : right click => inspect => you will see the dimension by hovering your cursor across different elements on the page.

Hi Ashley.. If you have purchased the theme from Shopify Theme Store, you don't need to pay any additional money! You will get all the updates for free. Concerning the apps, it depends on the ads and their function but most of the time, they will not be affected

Hello... Thank you for your nice Feedback. The Dawn theme requires high quality photos with large size. This might be the problem. Your old photos might have a small sizes so the theme needed to scale them up to fit the layout, that is why the resoution is lower. Try to upload photos with the same exact dimensions as the neede dby the layout ( right click + inspect on the photo holder and you will eb able to see the needed size) and let me know how it went.

Use the price and compare to price inside of your product page editor. When you provide these 2 different prices, in the product page you will see the old price crossed and near to it you will find the discounted price

Hi Colin, Thank you for your nice feedback. It seems that until now under collage => video we can't insert a dynamic video option. I am pretty sure that they will be updating this in the future. But for now, you need to try and find a workaround. Maybe adding a button with a dynamic URL that leads to the video?

Do you want to create a FAQ section inside of your product pages or a whole FAQ page? if it is the former, you can create tabs and include your questions inside of them. if it is the latter then you need to create a normal page with questions and answers. I am afraid you won't get the formatting that you might get using an app. But I don't think this is necessary. Focus on making the page organized and providing clear questions and answers. That is what matters the most!

Hello Jane, I am not sure why you can’t delete it? Every block or section can be deleted. You seen the option at the left bottom corner for small screen and the right bottom corner for big screens. On the other hand, if your question is about deleting a template that you have created, please head to online store => your theme ( the current one) => edit code=> you will see a list of files, under templates you should find the kitchen template => click on it => it will open on the right => and in the right top corner there is a delete option

Hello, I will keep this topic in mind. However for now, I guess you can add your text within a custom liquid section and make your formatinmg through CSS and html but this needs a bit of coding I fear.

Hi Ray, this is actually a very good question! When the Shopify 2.0 update goes 100% live, all themes will be reupdated to be compatible with the new update, so most probably the themes you mentioned will have new versions and once released you will need to use them. So basically you have 2 options: 1. Go with the dawn theme for now and wait until the new theme version and see if you would like to move to them 2.Work with one of these themes now and reupdate the store when the new version is live . I guess going with either option is good. But personally I would go with the first option for now. I love Prestige them and I think it is one of the best by the way.

Yes you can. When you are in your theme editor, from the drop down menu up above ( the one showing what page you are editing), when you choose product page for example, you have to choose create a new template. Than you go back to your products and assign the template you want. I showed you how to do that in the video.

It doesn't seem like there is an option to do that yet. But you need to know that customers like the zoom effects as it helps them to inspect the product better! Keep that in mind.
