Thanks for the video, however, I’m wondering if I can add (individual information) Metafields to individual products. I have tried to do this but It will only display on one product, even If I have the specific metafield for that specific products. Hope you understand and can help.

Hello Anoushka.. I am not sure I understood your question so I will try to reply based on what I understood Feel free to clarify more once you read this comment You want to have a section on a specific product but not on all products: You can use different product page templates instead of metafields for that.

Hello Rihab, Thanks for all the information provided about the metafields, I was able to located on the description and is showing, unfortunately they don't are part of the description when come to the SEO or when the products are sent to Facebook. Hello, I usually don't touch any of the checkout pages. I am a firm beleiver of keeping those untouched to ensure they are functioning well. But you can always hire a web developer to help you with this.

Thank you for the video but I am still struggling. Ive made a metafield, and saved it. It shows on the bottom of my product. I fill it in with what I want it to say. When I go to theme editor, select the product I want, when clicking on "text," the metafield does not show up under dynamic source. Please help.

Most probably the metafield you have created has a different type than the place where you are looking to link it.

Currently, a MetaField of Type "Multiline Text" can only contain "pure" text (and no HML tags...) Thanks in advance for your reply / opinion.

@@RihabSeb My product variants have their own specifications e.g. Product A has 3 models, and each model has a different material & weight. So, just like how the main product image changes when I select a variant, I would also like to display the different info for each model/variant selected. I see that it's possible to add a metafield for Variants, but I have no clue how to display it as everytime I want to select a datasource, only the metafields created for Products can be seen.

I have a product that has 3 main variants and each variant has different variants. So if you choose Variant A it will direct you to the variants associated to A. If you chose variant B it directs you to the variants associated to B. Is it possible to set this type of situation using metafields and metaobjects?

Yes, Most probably this is the reason. If you have already purchased this theme, you are entitled to the free update. Just Go back to Shopify themes store, download the new version and start using it.

I like the way you explain but there is something missing. You are using the metafields but you are not showing how they look on the live site. I think you should consider making this video again by showing each metafield being displayed on the live product page. Thanks

Hello Liyen, Sorry for that. But I haven’t used this metafield since now. I use apps to show ratings like stamped.io and they come with their own dynamic blocks that you can add wherever you wish. Let me know if you want me to try this out for you!
