That is an amazingly well-stocked island grocery store. I didn't see cases of Spam and corned beef though.

I really enjoyed this video, very helpful! Our first trip to the island is coming up in March. Our last "remote" island stay was Montserrat. I'm very happy to see such a well stocked grocery store! Can you tell me if dairy products run low very often? My husband is very serious about half & half for his coffee. Haha!

Jessie Brown That particular store has gone downhill quite a bit since this video but there are others and usually with a bit of searching you can find what you need. Depends on where you are-110 mile Long Island.

Do you like that place better than the Market Place Store in Rock Sound? They look pretty similar in size. I'm making my second trip to Eleuthera in a few weeks. Staying at a small place in Double Bay. I just found your channel. Love it. Very good stuff.

Hi. I was thinking of moving to eleuthera. Can you show the prices for everyday items? Is it a long drive to a grocery store? Also, when i visited Nassau there was a rat problem. Is there a problem there too? Can you show us utility costs too? Thanks.😁

Rosa Medley Those all all too hard to answer as all the store prices vary and it all depends on where you are on the island for other costs. As a general rule expect to pay about 3x what you would in the States.

buckeye4x4 no they just sell groceries and household items. You have to go to a liquor store for that.

Wow! Glad we're not milk drinkers. How about meat or fish which I'm sure is pleantiful there? Eggs? Alcohol prices?How about car rentals?

Suppose it depends on what you're used to but many are more expensive ie milk is 10-13/gallon. Remember its an island and everything has to be shipped in.

Todd Vendituoli i saw some people on the road. I know in places like mexico it can be dangerous if someone tries to stop your car to ask for money. Ive heard its pretty safe there but we had a bad experience in nassau

Oh things are really safe here so no worries on that.
