Shopping At Mast General Store Valle Crucis

We spent our anniversary day shopping at the Mast General Store in Valle Crucis, North Carolina. We shopped at both the Original Mast General Store and the ANNEX. I'm glad we went to both. We may have missed something at one. We enjoyed the variety at the small community. The churches are beautiful. Banner Elk is across a pass/gap. But we went to Mountain City Tennessee to survey the damage after 3 months since Hurricane Helene came through Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennesse. Hurricane Helene was a tragic, widespread event. We pray for all. We drove to Mountain City and then took rural roads to Elk Knob State Lark in North Carolina. Later, we saw a festival of lights in Union Grove, North Carolina, as we drove home... that's another video. It was a great drive.
