You found some very useful and practical things at Target. I have to agree with you about the Targets looking like nobody cares anymore. As a person living in Canada, I long for the classic, American, Target shopping experience-but wow...that kind of makes me sad to see it looking like that. Thanks again for a fun outing out! nipple balm- A MUST. My hospital didn't have it until day 2 and that was already too late for me. My nipples got so cracked immediately. I wouldn't think about lactation supplements until you do feel like your supply gets low. But some women are overproducers or produce just enough just by drinking water and eating enough. I drank 1-2 gal a water a day for 16 months and never had issues with my supply. The haakaa or any similar product is so useful in so many ways. you can use it as a pump when baby is sleeping and you get too full, you can use to store breastmilk for later, you can use it if you have too much flow and the milk chokes the baby- to get some milk out before actual feeding. good luck with everything!!

Wow, thank you so much for this comment! Very informational 😃 I’m currently drinking a gallon, maybe a little over, of water a day to help with everything my body is going to need for labor & after delivery, so I’m hoping that will help me!
