When you do the pads if you are freezing them put them in the freezer in a U shape instead of laying it flat it will fit much better for tour tenderness to get the coolness of the pad

The L. at Target Brand of pads are good they have ones that will give you some real support girl from the front to the back and they are 100% cotton

It’s a myth that you need to pack your whole house when you deliver lol. every hospital is different so I will say to pack your own pads & disposable undies. Maybe 1 outfit for yourself & 2 for the baby. Your own socks & maybe a robe if you don’t want to use theirs. & of course your toiletries. I had to keep my robe on for the 2 days I was there because it was easier for the nurses to check me. but I only changed when it was time to discharge. I was only there for 2 days. But again everyone is different. I just wish I wouldn’t have packed my whole house. 😂

Man I bought these giant pads and ended up having an emergency csection and only bled heavily for like 5 days and once I got home from the hospital I no longer needed the huge ones and regret not getting some small ones. Also I don't know if your hot natured but if you are get something cool to wear at the hospital because you'll have the room warm for babygirl. I remember being HOT lol
