Bro, they make some cup holders for conversion vans, my dad owned several vans and we always went on vacation in comfort. Google wooden cup holder for conversion van and check them out. You would be able to make your own with spare wood. Be a good project for an upcoming video. Van looks nice, brings back good memories.

Just an FYI in reference to the fire extinguisher. Firefighter/Fire Inspector/Fire Investigator here... That extinguisher is for B and C fires, which are Flammable Fuels and Electrical Fires. For a van, you should have an A B C extinguisher. The A is for fabrics, wood, paper, plastics, etc. A B C will put everything out pretty much for the exception of a metal fire, which is a TYPE D fire.

For a fan, I highly recommend and suggest a Ryobi 18v 7.5" fan (3 speed) that takes not only the rechargeable packs, but also regular a/c extension cord. So yeah, could run it off rechargeable packs, your power station's a/c, or extension cord it in from a campground. And it PUSHES some air. I can have it in the middle of our garage atop a car, step outside the door and still feel it when on hi. $59 can't be beat. 😎🤘 Can't wait til that first vancamp !!

Hey man, give you heads up now.. take the fans back.. or save your receipt. We had some of them last year.. like 6 of them. Bought 2 or 3 then had to replace them neer weekly. Motors give out, and there the old style usb plugs that fail fast. We switched to the like 5" steel fan thats at walmart. Metal blade, and fan cage. Sits on flat area with rubber cushions. Uses only 4-6 watts, and plugs into USB ports for power. Cost 6.00- 8.00 ech at walmart. All 5 of mine still kicking. Good luck.

Suggestion : they make 6-8" fans that hange/clamp with light in middle using batteries/lighter plug. Check cabelas,llbean. Works great! Also check with your local safelite glass/windshield replacement/installation to see if they will pop-out the big windows with slider/screen and flip them( screen/slider) on top (heat rises),then hang fan in front to pull air in. The clip fan we got oscillates. Oh one thing check in maternity section of store or on line for that chair pillow they do make bigger ones higher backs/longer arms. Hope it's helpful! Lk

Dude, jumper cables is so 1980’s, get yourself a jump pack instead, smaller and you don’t need another vehicle. Also get yourself one of those small battery powered air compressors. Also get a portable power pack and a small 12v fridge instead of a cooler. For fire extinguishers get a first alert ez spray 14 oz, way smaller than that big extinguisher. And why do you need covers on totes that sit under the bed, the bed platform is the cover, why open/close the lid all the time. Those fans will get old quick in the summer, get one of those ecoflow portable AC units. Finally get a Simos hotspot so you always have internet, maybe a weboost also for better signal. Happy van camping!
@josephdover198 Жыл бұрын
So spend more money than he spent on the van itself? Those portable AC units are outrageous in price. He has another 5 or 6 weeks of heat and a truck that needs to be fixed.

Awesome, as always, Mike. I loved this shopping trip. Thanks for taking us along. It's sad that everything is so expensive 😪 I can't go to a Walmart and walk out of that store with a price tag under three hundred dollars. I've tried but in order to get what you need you have to spend the money or go without, ugh! But it's great seeing you put everything together little by little and going camping in between getting everything that you need. I'm betting that you just build a table that you want beside the bed, so you can add drawers and a pull out shelf for cutting food. I truly think you can do it. You're a very smart man it just depends on how much time you have to build it. But if you build it you know it's gonna be the right size and have everything you need and want. Or just search online for something awesome. You have an awesome channel, Mike. Thank you for sharing with us it means a lot to us that you're including us in this awesome process of getting the van ready to go. Thanks again, Quady. KEEP ADVENTURING GOD BLESS YOU 🤗HUGS🤗

They do not blow a ton of air but are good enough to at least move air around. You will be happy with them.
