I've noticed that when I spend 🤷🏻‍♀️ I tend to splurge on other people and my animals rather than myself and I'm ok with the cost 🤔 However when I'm getting things for myself I tend to not buy it because I start feeling like it is a waste of money to purchase for myself. I was told just recently that I need to learn that spending on myself is okay, that saving money is important but if there's something that I really liked or something that I really want then I should get it because it's telling me that I am worth having it and that it's ok to spoil me as well. This is a lesson that is going to take time to fully embrace however it is a good reminder that if you like it and it is something you will continue to use for a long time then it is worth the price.

yea same girl, i use to always be hanging out with my friends 4?5? times a week lol before the pandemic but im so iffy about going out now but im getting better at hanging out with my friends now and going for walks more with my dog. so im with yea on that struggle

I agree about social anxiety getting much worse during the pandemic. Unfortunately due to ill health, I’m now only leaving the house once a week for errands and only with my husband or daughter. And I also get very stressed doing so and take ages to recover.

Recently I decided to make my bed everyday, it's not a huge thing but it's more consistent 🤔 my smallest kitty however has decided that it's the best time to try and jump on the bed 😯 she's so dang small I worry she's going to get tossed with the blanket 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've actually always had the short battery with social encounters. I remember in college being with my friends, checking the time constantly, waiting for when they were going to leave my room. I start listing all the things I could be doing with the time instead, in my head. After an occasion, like this weekend was a bridal shower, all the talking. It exhaust me and I need 3 days to recover. But my social anxiety probably has a lot to do with it. All the panic attacks I get from knowing I have to go somewhere and be social. Especially if it's a new situation. I think it got worse during the pandemic. I actually lose my voice for a few days after an event because I speak so little usually. It's crazy. When you were out shopping, why did the teddy bear say help me on it? I'm curious and concerned.

Omg yes to ‘all the talking after’ 😅🥲 usually if i go to an event or party something like that i am ready to leave after a couple hours too! I think the teddy bear is some kind of emotional support fidget toy or something :)

Just coated them in a tiny bit of olive oil, tossed on some finely chopped garlic and air fried them on high for 30ish min! So easy and you can add diff seasonings too😍

I know that a lot of people are kind of up in arms here or there about Walmart but I generally get my pajamas there because they have really soft ones that are always cheap. I worked at one for nearly 4 years. Honestly not the hugest fan of the company or the higher-ups but I know that the cashiers that's their jobs and the grocery/ none food item stalkers as well as the maintenance people. They rely on revenue in order to keep their jobs 🤔
