Cold Europe girly here, so trained layerer (?). 1. Turtlenecks under dresses! (especially if the front has a deep v to make it a bit more modest) 2. Warmer option: tshirts under dresses! 3. Ok so idk how cold it gets there bc I live in 🇨🇦 😅 I also love white and try to wear it as much as possible. If it gets cold enough, I pair mine with knee highs or thigh highs and a super cozy beautiful sweater that opens at the front. The sweater is like a thick cardigan that goes to the end of the dress or almost the end of the dress. I have this beautiful LONG milky pink cardigan that I pair with white dresses and white knee highs. I am short but I have very long legs and short torso bc of that knee highs suit my body style much better than thigh highs 🤍💁🏼‍♀️
