This looks like a fantastic industrial sander. My only recommendation would be to have knobs instead of Allen bolts for any part of the assembly that is required to be removed during the sand paper replacement procedure if feasible.

Jet has a comparable machine; 1 1/2 hp 6x48 belt ad 12" disc that looks to be a much better machine. Better and larger tables. Trick Tools has it n sale right now for 300 less also.

Interesting.. Belts unfortunately Do Not run flat . always bouncing against their backing plates. Disc is good . But as with the belt Portion....the Tables are Too Small and Crudely adjusted. Presumably there is No variable speed possibility . Would be a Good feature.
