Great Helmet! Great instructions as well! Two quick questions: where do you get your foam? And what knife do you use? I have tried a lot of different razor blades and hobby knives but none of them seem to work. Thanks! Keep up the good work!

Hi Gavin, I get the foam from my country, Argentina, you cannot get in yours. But you can get the Eva foam in these online cosplay stores: cosplaysupplies.com (USA & Canada), redmooncosplaysolutions.com (USA & Canada), truenorthcosplay.com, (Canada), arda-wigs.com/collections/foam-products (USA), sksprops.com (USA), thecosplaypros.com (USA), tntcosplaysupply.com (USA & Canada), poly-props.com (UK), cosplaycrafts.com (USA), I recommend foam from tntcosplaysupply.com/product/eva-foam-sheets/ You can get sheets of foam of 24" x 60", each sheet is almost 1 square meter. About the blades I change them continuously. Hi, for this helmet template, the basic things you will need are: · 1.5 square meter (1m = 39.37 inches) of 8mm foam · Small area (25cm x 70cm aprox.) of 4mm thickness for Back part · Small area of 2mm thickness for Nose details and terminals · Contact cement, hot glue gun (optional) · Foam cutters, scissors (optional) · Heat gun or powerful hair dryer instead · Paper tape Note: recommended foam density between 60 to 80 (30kg to 50kg in kg by m3) to get the same result. I'm 15 and want to make your stormtrooper amor I plan for it to last long. at least till I'm 17 or so and I'm 5' 9" now would the amor fit me please let me know if it would fit a person my size or if I would have to change the templates
