It is spring twist hair. The tightly coiled hair. They just fluffed it out in these packages for convenience. You can buy regular spring twist hair ans just fluff em out yourself.

I didnt do it intentionally . I think it just depends on where the loc hits on my scalp. Like even though the locs were all the same length their position on my head makes a difference
