You’re welcome! You can sub passive or active hanging for the pull ups!

Hi Ben , Do you know what would be good to do for muscle strain, i been doing passive hangs one or two pull ups every day ,for months, not long at all because i dont wanted to add more strain to my under arm , sides and chest, i have daily. partly because of a shingles out break i had, 5 years ago, that never went away, so that only adds to my discouragement.
