I’ve done them and for me only 2 weeks. Could be longer but my scalp doesn’t like all the product buildup. I have 3b/3c hair and I like the smoothness it creates but not the gunk.

How do you recommend taking the rubber bands off? I haven't had those rubber bands in my hair for years and I honestly don't know anymore. My hair is 4c if that matters.
