It’s approx double? How can that be hard for anyone? If it’s Celsius to Fahrenheit you double, if ifs Fahrenheit to Celsius then you halve… + or - 30. It’s not rocket science

instead of using an oven, use a rice cooker ! cut cooking time in half or even less for the same results. try it and short ribs turned out to be delicious !

That was dry asf. You took it out of the liquid to soon. You have to let it rest in there.
