We did something similar a couple of weeks ago down on the North Channel not a touch on a scratching rig but plenty of hounds for my son!

Thanks for the comment. 👍Strange isn’t it?! Winter there are tons of small fish there but not sure where the summer small species are at the moment. It’s also surprising the lack of dogfish.

@@worseyfishingadventures me and my 12 year old fished Cefin Sidan yesterday non stop schoolie bass action on the lug - but they wouldnt touch a crab bait. Strange as just around the corner!
