Short Suzuki B-King Review!

Purchased my B-King in 2013 it had been in a Bike collection for 3 years , I wanted a B-King since their launch in 2007 in 2013 I had the money searching Suzuki Dealers nationwide ,I couldn't believe the Bike had been in a collection for 3 years since its purchase in 2010 . it had , just 3 miles on the clock, when I phoned the dealer which was 200 miles away I was told there was three people looking around it and a Scottish guy was coming into the dealership at 6 pm to view and possibly buy .I paid a £200 deposit on the bike by debit card and the salesman said when he wheeled the bike off the showroom floor and told everyone it was sold there were some unhappy punters . the best day was when the dealer delivered my B-King a week later and I took my first ride only after I took the bike to a local Suzuki dealer and had the coolant , brake fluid , engine oil, filters replaced the B -King was the best bike I ever had , my dream bike I was pissed off I had to sell it over a year later , with two sons who are special needs there was no way I could afford to run it and a car . think now I should have got rid of my car and kept the B-King.

The engine is so tractable it's possible to go round a roundabout in top gear. No chance of stalling. I've only done it once, just to see whether it was possible. The bike is so easy to ride. It hides its weight well. It's a shame that the petrol tank isn't 3L larger as it makes a good tourer. I will never sell mine. Suzuki reliability, stunning looks and performance.

Used to own a GSX1100G... looking to upgrade. GTR1400 is a bit pricey.. this should be a good affordable alternative..

i had one for 3years and only sold it because i left my country to go to the states.It was the best bike i ever owned.ive had busa's blades r1s gixers 750 1000 1100s ;bandits built 7-11s and 7-12s.Truely this was the best bike i ever had.why did u quit making them Suzuki.sales my ass.

and it used to cost less than half as much as a super Duke! so Suzuki was dumb to pull this from the market!! the low sales figure were a bumper

It was a bike worthy of much more, shame they stopped making them and they weren't marketed as much as the Hayabusa etc.

I wonder how these handle, theyre big ass bikes. Looks fairly handsome as well apart from the stock exhaust cans those look weird/off to me and the owner of this BK has sensibly chosen to slip on..... anything else. I currently have a 919 hornet and I love it to bits, but I cant help but to notice that it could seem like the intention here was to have the trump card, the top bug and swing some jabs at Honda. B King, = Bee king? Bee king vs Hornet? "Coincidence? I THINK NOT!" Anyways I think these seem pretty rad.

How much wind are you catching when riding this? does it try to blow you off the seat, or is there enough hardware in front of you to deflect a lot of it?

+T noiset It wasn't that bad as far as I remember but the owner did have an aftermarket screen if he ever needed it and for how much they are, they are worth picking up.

+ATR Vlogs sorry, I'm a victim of autocorrect, it's not a reference to your accent. I took out a BKing but went for a fireblade in the end as I prefer the look. If you want to be really scared, take out the S1000rr. It's awesome. My next bike

See, I actually like the look of the B-King as its a bit quirky and unusual. I've seen a few videos on the S1000RR and it looks absolutely terrifying, with a hint of fun of course!
