Look nice, congratulation. Can I ask where you buy the digital thermometer on grainfather sparge water heater?
@Brewing3d16 сағат бұрын
@@franciscmoldovan1981 Thank you so much. Bought it from a local homebrew equipment supplier in sweden "olbryggning.se" . As far as I can tell it is a noname thermowell thermometer kit.

Amazing! I loved the hoist design. I have a similar set up in my brewery and I know the bask can get very heavy! What material did you use to print the hoist parts?
@Brewing3dАй бұрын
@@rainergoertz2144 Thanks 😀 it is printed in PETG mostly solid with many many perimeters. Becomes extremely strong that way and also everything printed in the "right" direction for strength. 😀

You sir just gained a new subscriber, all that love into the little details. Amazing, really impressive stuff. Currently designing my own little brewtools brewery in my basement and there surely is some very valuable inspiration in here. Thanks for sharing! Also, would you consider sharing or selling some of the 3d designs?
@Brewing3d2 ай бұрын
I'm absolutely willing to share any of my designs. Just shoot an e-mail to the account below if you find anything interesting and I'll have it sent to you. breding3d@yahoo.com What brings me joy is if I can inspire someone else and share something that is useful. No plan at all to make money out of them 😊

Congratulations on a fantastic brewery! It looks like you’ve put a lot of effort into it. I’m curious, which 3D printer are you using for your projects? The video was beautifully done and really showcased your work. Keep up the amazing creativity! 🍻😃

Thank you so much, really appreciate it. Another big interest of mine is 3d printing so I actually also have small print farm at home consisting of 2 Bambulab X1C and 5 Ender 3 S1 Pro. It enables me to knock out my projects so much faster...thanks again

Great setup! In such a small area! Amazing organization… 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 What do you use de ultrasonic bath for?
@Brewing3d2 ай бұрын
I use it to clean all the smäller pieces like butterfly valves, gaskets, sight glasses etc etc. I just put it in..fill up with 80 degree PBW solution and let it run for 20 min. Then empty it and fill up with lukewarm water and run that for 5-10 min. Take them out for a final star san rinse (if used again directly). This is by far the easiest way to get everything clean in all hard to reach areas.

Phenomenal setting. What exactley is the "receiver" for the Tilt Pro? Wich components did you use and with which software is it operating? Secound question...Is this eventually the steam hat B80 Pro? Which diameter has it? Many thanks in advance and "gut sud".
@Brewing3d2 ай бұрын
The receiver for the tilt pro is in this case a raspberry pi zero 2w that has an image on the tilt pi software installed on the sd card. Find more info about that here tilthydrometer.com/collections/tilt-pi?srsltid=AfmBOopc4NC6dOOSQCLWyFxTgtZm7LlbUFHJCywLSibX3Qs6eAwK_BRF The tilt pro hydrometer communicates via Bluetooth to the raspberry pi. Almost all different raspberry pi's can be used. The raspberry pi can then be configured to send data to Brewfather so that you can follow the fermentation process from anywhere. The outer diameter on the steam hat itself for the B80 is 52 cm. Glad you like the video. Cheers and happy brewing

Var har du köpt skenan och vinschen som du använder för att lyfta och flytta maltkorgen? Jag måste skaffa något liknande. Jag är svensk och bor i Norge, bara antog att du är svensk. Fint bryggrum! Älskar Brewtools! 😊👍
