7/6/24 saw the official biggest field of the season for the 602 Modifieds at #CarawaySpeedway! With Josh Lower focusing on running in the S.M.A.R.T. Tour race will we see a new winner in victory lane or will #63 Dean Lowder (father of Josh) continue the Lowder Family domination at Caraway in 2024?
Race Summary: The front row of 2024 winner #63 Dean Lowder and 3rd generation modified racer #14 Slate Myers lead the field to green. The 63 of Lowder would jump out to an early lead with #47 Jaxson Casper trying to close the gap. Just when the 47 of Casper was closing in on #63 Dean Lowder he would go around by himself bringing out the caution on Lap 35. On the restart #63 Dean Lowder would retain the lead. Lap 38 saw #5 Dylan Ward spin #76 James Blewett in front on the field Collecting #47 Jaxson Casper and #07 Jesse Hilger in the chaos. On the restart #63 Dean Lowder would retain and go on to get his 2nd win of the 2024 season!
