That was an amazing gift. You gave your father. You came away with more than just an empty pocket. Came over way with the love and admiration of your father.

This is the same dad that gifted you the ASM #300 9.0. Classy guy 😉 and nice gesture by you to pick up that hulk 180 for him.

I agree, the comic industry is made of very diverse groups. You have people that appreciate good storytelling and artwork then you have those that lack the discernment to recognize quality and are into Spiderboy.

Great job on your panel, and it was cool meeting you after the show with my brother! A true comic book convention with the best dealers, best books for serious collectors. Definitely a great start for Shortboxed - looking forward to more shows in the future!

I was very happy when I received a Michael Jordan Funko Pop from my kids as a bsirthday present last year. I can only imagine how much more happier your dad is when he received a Hulk 180! You’re a good son!

Wonderful that you can share your passion for collecting with your father. I never had that. My dad would say, " What the hell are you doing wasting your money on those funny books? "

Good deal. Good man for loving your Dad. Now son, I need that Hulk 181. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, team 180 woohoo!!!😂 I’m one of those collectors that believes Hulk 180 should command a lot higher price cause of Wolverine’s 1st app…alas, wishful thinking. 😆 I’m biased though cause I have a copy (in CGC 8.5 ) and got it for a really good deal-negotiated $600 cash and a few minor keys to trade LCS few years ago. Im so glad I didn’t put it off because I know someone else would’ve snagged it. Swagg I hope you get Hulk 180 or 181 sooner than later!✌🏼

I’m sending my Hulk 180 to EGS, it needs a press and a clean and I’m hoping to achieve a 7.0. It’s a pretty book that I only paid $200 for about 7 years ago.

I love the Drizzt shout-out! Never in a million years thought you would have said that book. I'm trying to collect as much of his stuff as possible as he is my Darkhawk 😂

Drizzt was supposed to be in the D&D movie… they replaced him with a generic paladin character. Drizzt is now considered a “racist character” by the leftist wackos running Wizards of the Coast. I doubt he will ever be used in a movie, TV show or animated series now.
