Shortcut for Venn diagram in Word & PPT: Add or remove circle & text using Venn diagram template

You can quickly create and edit Venn diagram in Word or Power Point if you knew the correct way. In this video, we have shown how to create using Venn diagram template of Word. The method to create Venn diagram in PowerPoint is exactly same. Default Venn diagram you insert in Word contains 3 circles. You can edit text in these circles by simply clicking over it. To add or delete circle, you need not use any of the drawing tools. Using text pane, you can add/delete text and circle by adding/deleting bullets in text pane. You can also add professional colours to the Venn diagram by using many of the available presets.

Steps to Insert Venn diagram
1) From Insert tab, click on SmartArt to open SmartArt Graphic gallery.
2) From Relationship and click on Basic Venn and then click ok.
3) To edit text and number of circles in Venn diagram, click on the small left arrow on the left boundary of Venn diagram to open text pane.
4) Edit text of bullet as per your need. Note: Each bullet is for a circle and text in bullet appears on Venn diagram.
5) To add/delete circle: Simply add/delete the bullet as per your need.
