I created some Halloween potion bottles by upcycling wine bottles. I turned them into dragon blood, mermaid oil, trapped souls and snake skin potions. I used clay, acrylics, chalk paint, resin and wire.

PS: the finishes on the bottles are so good! Mica powder? ..and what medium? Or something else all together? Also that ‘stone’ finish on the second bottle is exquisite!! What’s the secret? 😊

It's been a while since I made some of these videos. I probably just did like a sponge dipped into different shades of paint and dabbed it on for the stone look. I don't really use mica but I love Mr. Super clear for many projects. They come in gloss and matte.
