Something I’ve always noticed about this performance is that she seems to already have the glam elphaba act 2 makeup on - like the more distinct contour and lips,etc.

I’m almost certain this is not the same performance from the pro shot. She sings “flying solo” to score in the pro shot and she doesn’t do the witchy fingers on “take a message” in the pro shot. I bet that pro shot was filmed around the summer of that year though, so close to this.

@@Scandisk10 she does riff "solo" in the proshot. It's a subtle riff that with the compression of the audio is barely audible. I'm fairly certain it's the same riff as here, but again I have to check

The singing is fine but the camera work spoils it somewhat by zooming in too close. We can't see how high she is above the stage.
