This has to be one of the most dangerous coupling I have seen. No person is allowed to be between engines or wagons during coupling. Otherwise great footage. Keep it up.

Pity about the litter and rubbish next to the tracks at the station was not like that years ago! Guess the contractor disappeared. Bad image for foreign and local passengers.

anyone else notice how those 18e locomotives swoped around from purple and blue to blue and purple and then back again?. odd🤔

This is because the locomotives reversed and waited on platform 15, that's why the blue 18e was leading, you'll notice on departure, it's still the purple 18e leading.

yes it just swaped tracks and vifeo was taken from other side of tracks otherwise why would it just swap everytime

Amazing how regular these trains get "sick" I traveled to Cape Town , also with this disaster train, arriving 6 and a half hour s late in Cape Town. I will NOT recommend tourist to use this train at all. The service on this trains is very bad. Rather go for ROVOS Rail, more expensive but much more reliable, or as alternative use the blue train.
