Was so expecting a "Just Kidding" video today. I remember when I first started watching CTFxC. I was 11 years old. I'm 16 now, and within 5 years I've seen these two get engaged, get married, get a new dog, see Charles join We The Kings, see Charles be diagnosed with cancer, see Charles drive to Starbucks on a golf cart multiple times a week (lol), but most importantly, I've seen Charles battle cancer like a champ with the unconditional love and support from Alli. Much love to Charles and Alli. I'm so glad I got to witness and be apart of the lives of such beautiful people. You two truly have touched my life even it was through a computer screen. I will continue to support you both no matter where your lives are headed, just like I have since day 1. It's a sad day for me.

I just realized I've gone trough 3/5 stages of grief. 1. SHOCK, couldn't believe what I was hearing when I watched the vlog 2. DENIAL, I was telling myself it was a late april fools prank 3. ANGER, I got mad at them both because I felt they didn't try to fix it. No couples counseling etc. (As far as I know) 4. Currently in a kind of DEPRESSION. 5. Hopefully I get to ACCEPTANCE soon. At least I can say I'm one of the first cases of internet divorce grief. Sucks to see them break up after watching them together for over 5 years.

The main point is not separating. It's a matter of love. Do you and Alli still love each other, that's the main point in marriage. It's not weather if you and Alli are having problems in your relationship, you can work it out. Take time off. Ask yourselves these questions. "Do you still love each other? Can you picture life without each other? And if you can, do you see it boring or at least like it can't happen to you. Can you picture life with another partner?" But the main point is "DO YOU STILL LOVE EACH OTHER THE SAME WAY YOU LOVED EACH OTHER WHEN YOU GOT MARRIED?" Think back to the good memories you guys had, the fun unforgettable memories you will never forget. Put yourselves back in those feelings when you had good memories, and if you're not in love with each other put yourselves back in those feelings when you were. Ask yourselves if you can move on with each other, if not what's the point of separating if you love each other? There is no point, reflect on your marriage before signing any divorce papers. Do what I say and see if it makes a difference. If you still feel at least a little in love with each other don't get a devours, you might regret it. I know this sounds cheesy but it just might make a difference. Anyways much love and hopefully this works out. There was a lot of stress and strain in their relationship between cancer, traveling, touring and quite frankly youtube/internet. All of those things are situations an 'average' couple wouldn't have to deal with and 'average' couples have issues and split up. They did what they thought was right. Hopefully they are both happy.

I think the reason we feel so upset about this whole thing, whether it happened overnight or over time, is that the "We Need To Talk..." video wasn't done by the both of them. Alli was there, laughing with the dogs one day, and then completely gone the next. I think we were at least owed that much; a chance to hear both of them together one more time before Alli was just gone. I think it might have even answered some questions we all have, or at the very least given us some closure. But we don't have that now. We're left with this odd, sad feeling, questioning whether the last few months were just being faked. Maybe this won't be forever, but it could be. It's difficult to watch the vlogs now; there will always be something missing. I used to get entertainment and happiness from the vlogs, but now all I can think in the back of my mind is that Alli (and Chico) aren't around anymore and that hurts. And none of us got to say goodbye.

I cannot believe that I have become depressed over someone that I have never met. I have followed them religiously since the start of the Vlog, watched them get engaged and married and for some reason I just can't shake the feeling of utter sickness I have in the pit of my stomach. Marriage is not just a few years of being together, it is a journey and with the ups and downs you have to be committed to it. I just can't help but hope and pray that they will come through this somehow back together realizing that all that other crap, is just stuff that gets in the way and you have to shake it off and move on. I've been watching them for almost 4 years now and I can tell that Charles always gets the short end of the stick. He's the one that is constantly sick and is doing his best to make Alli happy but Alli hasn't always followed through. Charles is more caring and loving towards his wife, despite the fact that she doesn't do the same. Ever since they met each other, Alli has been taking Charles for granted. Thats not the point I'm trying to make, if (and only if) Allie initiaed the whole divorce thing, then shes putting unneeded emotional stress on Charles. If my spouse had brain cancer, I would be doing everything in my power to keep them feeling happy.

Maybe he was put through more stress being with her, opposed to being without her. A person's issues are not a reason to stay with them. You should stay with someone that you love, and makes you happy. Besides, he can get over her eventually, where as if she stayed, the stress may stay.

okay saying that is not showing respect to what charles asked. you just called her one. He pointed out they do care for eachother but people need to realize there are different types of love. Alli is like the half of ctfxc for me because they were already together when I knew the channel. I really felt that there's something missing about the vlog and I cringe at the outro. It just is sad.

Oh God, the comments here are disgusting. Teenage fangirls and fanboys will always find a way to blame the girl of the relationship. Alli is still young, maybe she just couldn't deal with the stress anymore. Maybe she decided that she didn't want to be in a relationship where all that happened was fighting. As much as a marriage is about togetherness, you still need to think about your own personal health and safety. Maybe she needed to get away, and there's nothing wrong with that. Stop blaming Alli because she was mature enough to say "you know what, this isn't working so I need to get out". She might have a change of heart. They might get back together, who knows. All we know is that the split was a MUTUAL decision, meaning Charles isn't some goddamn victim here.

Cmpunkxuscom It's not that it matters who broke up or if they both decided to split. It's that I think the majority of the comments that place the blame, place it on Alli. Not one single comment has suggested that Charles made the first move towards a split. I feel like in a way the Alli blaming comments diss them both. Like Alli would do something hurtful or that Charles somehow would be the one to be left behind. I think it only feels like he got left because he stayed in the vlogs and the house.

I would like too weigh in the average blog length is about 10 minutes there's 23 hours and 50 minutes of time that we dont see it seems too me that Charles tried and Allie too but too much happened behind the scenes that we are not privy too ...I think Charles is awesome for soldiering on and staying healthy for us too watch him day after day ... nuff said
