Shotgun Guide | Rust Tutorial

This video will cover each Shotgun starting with the ammo followed by the waterpipe shotgun, double barrel, pump shotgun, spas-12, and statistic comparison between each weapon.
To sum up the shotguns, the spas-12 is the overall champion for DPS, capacity and effectiveness in all situations. However, if you are relying on your first or second shot to kill the enemy player, I would suggest using the double-barrel shotgun. It is cheap to produce and retains the 2nd fastest rate of fire with the highest damage per shot if using the buckshot, making it great for home defence or corner camping.

I just really wanna try the waterpipe with slugs and a handmade sight but never got round to it because by the time I have a tier 2 I'm using something better.. if you find slugs in a toolbox on wipe say that could be a pretty cool junk sniper for early game

Incindieary shotgun raids are good, me and my clan got on scrap heli and rained fire on the enemy and made so much of them crash and die cuz of the intense lag we created

From my personal experience it seems the Aoka with homemade shoved right up in someone's face is god tier. Spas 12 with buck is dumb they tank way to many shots if leg breaking was a feature I'd say buck is op but there isn't so it's trash. Rifled slug now is a different beast I've had to counter sniper someone with a spas with rifled and it's very lit and comparable to a BAR. If you get time to actually kit out said spas it's better. I had to use irons and it still slaps I'm just ass with irons.

Thank you and all thumbnails and artwork are created within photoshop. Normally the thumbnails can take a while to make as the hardest part is finding something that looks good with a lot of trial and error.

that's assuming that all pellets hit with no distance damage drop, basically point blank. Slug still does 80 damage at chest point blank so this is really just a misleading comparison.

Your clothing loadout for the waterpipe is sketchy: Should be using a Headset if you have it, it's significantly cheaper, and offers same projectile and radiation protection, and frees up a slot for burlap shoes.

@@4teen6 I mean, headset+burlap shoes gives same projectile protection on head, better on legs, and saves 200 wood for no extra cloth. If you want to be stingy on mats, skip the pants, not the shoes. They both give same radiation protection anyways.

@@brylyth6029 shoes are useless, the slot should be used for a bandana if you're going to be using a headdress, the headdress alone doesn't give you the same protection as a metal facemask, if you combine it with a bandana it does.

Dude ill be honest with you definitely high-quality content however instead of telling every detail and giving bad advises tell the newgens that they should never ever use a fucking attachment on a shotgun except flashlight, instead of giving details and advises about what gearsets they should take with a waterpipe give them more realistic advises like nice vid but bad advises / gamesense
