I am very disappointed by the collapse of the last few weeks. They were playing so well. But do you think that they were just trying to get Mathews to 70 and the play suffered badly?

Bertuzzi and domi are the best pickups I could imagine for the leafs… full thunder hockey players if only my Blackhawks had a clue, we got a whole offense of 5’9 “skill” players who can’t get anywhere near the without getting injured. If the leafs ever win another cup Bertuzzi will bring them over the top

Scoring on power play always an issue. Teams play us extra rough because they're confident about killing the penalty.

EVEN when Domi is out,...outside of the powerplay, Keefe needs to keep Marner and Matthews separated!!

Jarnkrok 86 playoff games 5 goals 17 assists. Knies has caught the leafs virus, he has lost the ability to play physical anymore.

When domi comes back I don’t know why they don’t try Domi- Matthews- Marner. Two players that are good skaters that are elite passers that create that space for Matthews

It’s all going to come down to goaltending. Sammy is too inconsistent. He lets in back breaking goals time and time again.

If it is not broken, DO NOT fix it! Bert and Domi, are definite assets to Papi! Leafs in 7 against the Bruins.

If they cause chaos and destruction on the Bruins! Why not? Whatever I am not optimistic about playoffs. I am philosophical as Leafs are heavy Underdogs.

The Leafs are 8 wins and 1 loss without Morgan in the lineup. So the biggest improvement Leafs can do is healthy scratch Morgan. JT is now a good 3rd line player. Marner hurts playing with Matthews - in the playoffs and pressure games - so play Domi with Matthews. 😀

@@jimlangdon1947 Our problem every year is our main big 3 guys Matthews, Marner, Nylander dont score big goals in most series. Not Rielly being in the lineup. All those stats are in regular season btw, meaningless. The leafs seem to always play better anyways when they have guys missing in the lineup, so they actually try harder. Mo Rielly won us like 3 games in the tampa series last year you're actually insane to say hes the problem..

It's not about regular season stats,,,,wtf,,,,,Boston's built for the playoffs. Hopefully the leafs play right and then they'll have a chance. If not they're getting slapped and embarrassed,,,,,,,,again.

I mean who is to say though that Woll was truly going all out after he came back? I understand he was definitely playing average, nothing great, but nothing really bad, many saves he'd have liked to have back of course, but he made some great saves as well that still kept games winnable for the team. I really don't think he was giving it 100%, he's working on getting out of that mind set of getting hurt again, and not trying to strain himself before the playoffs, a goalies mental is a big part of their game, I mean look at Sammy. I truly think Woll will step it up and go all out in the playoffs if he's called upon.
