I'm sure they'll either utilize a Stadium Tool or Energy card to counter Dusknoir. The only thing in format that can block it is EnamorousV that will rotate since it's an F block card. Tragic indeed

There are cards in the game that are fun to play with and Dusknoir gives your opponent an easy way to take them off your board. Dusknoir has thrown prize mapping into upheaval and added this unconventional randomness to the game. The purpose of Dusknoir is just to be a kamikaze. Its only purpose is to blow itself up. So when you use use Dusknoir and take out lets say Radiant Greninja with Dusknoir, the prize card you take is worth more than the prize card your opponent takes because Radiabt Greninja has more purposes than just to blow itself up, Radiant Greninja is a Draw supporter and can attack the bench.

I don’t think it’s actually TOO good , the dusclops line ( stage 1) deals 50 dmg and aside very specific targets doesn’t KO anything by itself, it combos well with dragapult , the dusknoirr( stage 2) is extremely powerful but I think it matches the power of being a stage 2 pokémon, so it requires a lot to actually pull off it’s ability

Dusknoir will just be a staple in the format as many decks just get benefits from it and believe it or not SVI has a format with too much prize manipulation and dusknoir is gonna be one of the many that we are seing, if you dont believe,the new magneton and counter gain are on the way

Dusknoir is a net negative for the game as it pushes the tcg in the direction of more high hp pokemon when what it needs to stop the power creep is to make low hp cards viable again Having Dusknoir in a format effectively make all cards under 60hp unusable

Meh, all it does is reducing the variety of decks in the tcg which isn't good as a healthy tcg is one where widely different decks archetype are viable This card absolutely kills every deck relying on low hp evolution. I don't think making all cards under 50hp unusable is good for the game

All it takes is one rare candy and you do 180 damage as a passive and then you can use your lead Pokémon to attack honestly this game is trash the player gets too much freedom which makes it easy to play for yourself and your opponents this is probably the worst tcg game there is and here I thought yugioh was bad.

japanese player had an unfair advantage since the new cards have been out there much more early..So well done equality between continents, oh and why call it regionals when everyone can participate from all over the world?
