Very nice analysis, brother Adam. We are to seek peace with all men, unless the rules of the country break the Commands of the Most High. If the country is forcing abortion, LGBT, shots, and so on, we must resist since these things go against the ultimate authority. 1 Samuel 8 should be a reminder that the chosen people wanted these governing authorities (i.e., a king), despite the warnings about the regulations and taxes by Yah. If we are grafted into the true Israel, I don’t understand why people believe we are above that mandate. Yah is first, then the government, but the basic rules need to be followed. Very simple to apply to our lives.

I’m aware of a lot but i find it a lil over my head with these common law things bc the lingo is so different than im accustomed to. Some of it so far i agree, but they have made it so difficult to function by common law due to the conditioning to accept things the way they are, some things not even being laws just a trap we fell into. Like there isn’t a law to have an id, or to compete a W-4 but no one will hire you unless you do. Same with drivers license to operate a vehicle, it’s not a law, but they require it for so many things. Or the SS# that makes us each a corporation and they keep that money and require us to share that number for everything nowadays too. It’s all a racket. I abide by it, but def don’t like it at all. If it were just me (i have spouse and children) I would probably separate myself from it all. They change marriage laws all the time, someday they could just decide to suspend everyone’s marriage license. God made marriage, it’s not a contract between 3 parties and requiring vows to be made. Therefore, i have come to believe that men & women should not follow this particular law. This really got me digging when my niece and her husband got married a few years ago…but not government married. She changed her name with the government though afterward. Years ago, I once dated an off grid man and we talked about the non-government issued marriage too. In the last couple years, It really got me thinking and so i pressed in with Father on it and i believe He gave me confirmation that while He honors a gov marriage, He honors a marriage that’s in covenant with Him even more so. Reminded me that people have been marrying in their own way for thousands of years without permission from a government, as it’s a covenant with Him and no one else. There are a lot of things that have become common place that are either not laws or they go against God and people don’t realize it. I can think of many.

There are many things we can not follow with a clear conscience, esp in regards to our children. If public school or jabs were mandatory, I would have to carefully consider. There are many things like child discipline that could be considered unlawful depending on the state. There are more and more laws that run contrary to the Word. We should resist in a healthy and lawful way, and seek peace as much as possible. Bonhoeffer had to make some difficult decisions in Nazi Germany. That is where not resisting at all can lead.....

I find this to be a tough one, we really shouldn’t need a license for anything we do, but there are consequences if we don’t. It it’s not harmful to us to get these licenses. It’s kind of like paying taxes. Yes it’s hard on us bc it’s limiting our income, but it’s difficult sometimes to know where to draw the line. However, if i was told to wear a mask, or get a nasal assault or pierce my body then those things defile so i will (& have) refuse to comply. I know when this next plandemic kicks off and they implement the digital ID and digital currency that i won’t be taking part in any of it and fully trusting God in my survival. So soon all of us in this mindset will be walking away from all the laws of the land anyway.

You also need a driver's license to drive a car, a hunting license to hunt, a social security card to work legally, etc.... But during 2020+ ppl were mandated, not a law, to mask. Our mayor of my city said that was a personal choice and no legal action would be made for those of us who chose not to mask. But I wasn't stubborn about not masking, if I was with someone more afraid than I, I wore a mask out with that person as well to Dr's office, hospital, etc.....Now there were ppl who were so rebellious against masking that they would not be with dying family members or spouses because they would need to wear a mask. That's heartless in my opinion! But as others mentioned we have a Constitution and all government employees are paid by our tax dollars so they work for us. Was it Roosevelt who said, The government should fear the people, it's tyrant when the people fear the government. So where are those lines drawn!?

We must be circumspect in all our ways according to His word and also to not break the laws of this country that would put us in prison. I addressed this in a few comments. No one needed a license to be married less than 100 years ago. God created marriage, is a covenant with Him not a contract with the government. It does complicate things to not be married by the government bc society no longer acknowledges it, even most Christian’s think people who haven’t gotten a marriage license or had a wedding are in sin despite a covenant commitment to each other with Yah. I wonder how non-gov married people handle this situation, esp when it comes to documents such as taxes bc lying would be required. Jurisdiction is everything, reminds me of territorial spirits. I believe the yashareliym are to be world jumpers, as we are in many jurisdictions, but are only truly governed by the law of the kingdom. Since our father is truly sovereign, all jurisdictions fall under him. As we should, play by the law of the land, if its written in the law to travel freely, we should not be deprived of that right. If its simply a loophole that's being looked down upon, its up to them to change it. Yah put that loophole there for our very reason. Either way, obey, and be led by the spirit, and your path will be cleared for his purpose. Unless its his purpose that your wheel falls in a rut, sometimes that's the motivation we need to get to the right path. However, I would like press down on this matter because after we keep God's laws in mind, we as Americans DO have a duty as a fourth branch of government to participate in civcs with the very purpose to keep tyranny/corruption at bay. Which we have all failed to do - being that the idea is that we do not live under a monarchy. The actual result of our dereliction of duty has the Constitution of our Nation becoming contractadictory to itself and now many laws from bottom to top that have been passed since have become repugnant to the original precepts. Yes. Thank You Adam. I have met and know people and heard from people online about standing against the laws of the land. Like you mentioned, identification, insurance, paying taxes and yes even birth certificates. And even marriage and divirce certificates. So wouldnt this also aply to marriage certificates and divorce certificates? Ive seen much on folks just engaging in sex calling it marriage. So with no witness having actual seen two engaged in sex, (which i personally would never allow to be viewed) how does one prove such a union and, is this even realistic? And in the same line, of divorce, if not for the divorce certificate, how does one, specifically a female prove she really is actually divorced before another man marries her thus condeming themselves both to adultery? My son very very briefly was involved with a believer who had been married to amother believer, but then divorced. But only by what was considered Hebrew say so and no paper proof? There is a lot more I could say about your take, on these matters, but I am going to keep it brief for now, as I am planning on writing about these topics myself, over the coming months and may revert then. However, as a former member of a so-called lay litigant 'sovereign citizen group,' I just want to comment. However, the group I was a member of wasn't openly a sovereign citizen group, but they did adhere to many of the principles I learned over time. This all happened before I really found my faith and during my early days of it. Yet, the concepts of such a group are nowhere near as simple as you are portraying it. However, you are often, not wrong either, as once you read the Holy Scriptures, you do quickly realize, even the name, of such a group, can be very problematic, for a true follower of YAH. For instance by stating you are a 'sovereign citizen,' you are already at odds with your Creator, as the Holy Scriptures are clear, He is Sovereign and no one else is e.g. '..He is sovereign in creation (Rev 4:11), including the creation of our bodies, personalities, and souls ( Psalm 139:14)..' However, in my own experiences, what I discovered is that as a Lay Litigant in court, if you say, you are a 'living flesh and blood woman (or man)," which is also the common theme, in these groups, and all the paperwork produced by such groups, will mention these concepts, then, you are denying your spiritual side and basically, then, another common premise i.e. that you are under Universal and/or Gods Law, simply falls. As if you are, standing in court under these Law(s) then the Judge is delighted, as if you start quoting the Holy Scriptures, as a flesh and blood person, or a 'natural person,' then clearly, you are guilty already and are condemned, for standing there, in your carnality, claiming to be under the Law of the Divine e.g. . 1 Corinthians 2:14-16: "The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of YAHUAH, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15 The spiritual person judges all things but is himself to be judged by no one. 16 y“For who has understood the mind of the YAHUAH so as to instruct him?” So, the whole premise of the sovereign citizen movement is to set you up, to condemn yourself, in my experience. As they certainly set me up to fail in court. However, YAH is forever merciful and this was the Scripture, that finally resonated with me and helped me, as I was being persecuted, as the mom of a severely disabled child, whom I had fought very hard for and was therefore, brought to court, under false charges, Luke 12:11-12: “When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”I can vouch for the fact that this is true and do not place your trust in man, as I did, as you will be deceived. Instead, turn to YAH, and you will get the help you need. In conclusion, while I do agree, you should work within the system, as much as possible, for the sake of peace and calm. It's not always possible either, when so many of the structures today are so heavily influenced and controlled by satanic forces. However, I, too, would advise seeking answers and directions through prayer and the Holy Scriptures. Ask the Ruach to ultimately guide you, absolutely. What you might also not be aware of though is that democracy means man chooses and votes for his own government. Therefore, the leaders any democratic country have today are not divinely appointed, but instead, in a fully democratic system, they are instead chosen for men and women by men and women. Also, at a quick search, there is literature out there that suggests that in ancient Babylon and Sumeria, they actually had an early type of democracy. So, Revelation 18, could indeed be advising believers, to come out of any systems, created by man, which could include democratic governments, as as we know Satan is now the ruler of this world, so any system created by man, is now corrupted, by his influence. Would you agree? Or not? Also, when you look at democracy and being sovereign, which ties both concepts together, I found this definition: '..In democracies, the people is the sovereign. It is only through legitimization via elections that legislative sovereignty is transferred to parliament..' So basically, by voting you are stating you are sovereign and you consent to giving up that sovereign right to the Government the people choose, even if its a satanic one. So, where does that leave your faith and the reality that YAHUAH is actually Sovereign? I really would like to know what others think about this?

There are a lot of things people think are laws that are not, but conditioning was done to make us think they are laws…. Like we are not required to have a drivers license, auto insurance and registration in vehicles unless driving in a commercial capacity. It is not a law to have a drivers license to operate a vehicle. We have them though ourselves, it’s too complicated not to. Not all of it is rebellion. This is a complicated issue in some areas, some having to do with interpretation of scripture. Just like we are to obey our husband unless he is going against God, we are to obey the laws (not non laws) of the land unless they go against God. Like we did not have to abide in any of the hoopla in 2020-2021 bc all if that would be defiling our body . God created marriage, so i believe we should go by what God defined as marriage. The land allows same genders to marry and can rescind a license and certificate at will. Marriage is a covenant, and should not be contracted with a third party (adultery) so i personally don’t believe a couple needs permission from the government, or even a ceremony (we’re not to make vows) to be married. The hard part is society and government no longer recognizing it…another conditioning that has happened. These are just things I’ve observed and some I’ve prayed about or looked into extensively either out of curiosity or for my own sake as I always want to walk in obedience to Father. There were a lot of people who allowed themselves to be harmed during the pandemic out of obedience to the governments when they didn’t have to. Not only was none of it law (it was all actually illegal), it harmed the temple. This time around I do hope more people realize they don’t have to suffocate, or put anything in or on their body that can harm them as that would be defiling the temple. Hi Adam, yes Daniel obeyed the laws of the land but the problem is Yeshua said that His coming (which will be in 2045 and I believe I can give some strong evidence to prove it if you are interested) will not be as in the days of Daniel but as in the days of Noah and Lot who both left the corrupt worlds they were in and we are in that time now also.
