I do. But Your systems are out of Our minds here. Old people is taken well care of for free here in Denmark living in their own home or not. We finance it by tax. They bring out varm meals every day and buy and replace the rest by a professional full time employed form the nearest supermarket(fxWalmart or Aldi). Many family disputes such as this simply dont exist. You as family or friend of curse can visist as You wish takingthem to a restaurant, a park or at the sea and by more then some hours or a day. If so You will be equipped with free medical care, diapers etc. But not food.

The plantiff reminds me of my sister. She's lived rent free in one of my parents condos for 3 years, now that she's buying a house in a nicer area, she told my mom to pay her for the flooring she put in the house 2 years ago, which cousin installed for free, she just paid the materials.

reminds me of my cousin, he lived with my aunt rent free after for 10 years after his divorce and after my aunt died he expected his sister to pay for the repainting of the inside of the house in order to sell it with paint he got for free from the painting company he works for...... he wanted her to pay him $2500 for painting the house and to pay for half of the 50 gallons of paint that he got for free so that they could sale the house. the kicker was he only used 15 of that 50 gallons of paint and used the rest to paint the inside of the new house he bought with his half of the estate sale and the house. The Judge literally laughed at him in court while he was saying that it would have cost $5,000 to hire someone to paint the inside of the house. The Judge let him talk, then looked at his sister and laughed as he said "Your insane to expect your sister to pay you to paint the inside of your mothers house with materials you got for free, Case dismissed".

It's really clear when a case is filed over spite. While the defendant looks younger than her age, with a 98 year old mother, she's probably around age 60 - 75, a bed is a lot nicer than a wooden floor. $960 for 3 weeks on the floor, could stay at a motel on a monthly rate, and had her own bed and washroom.

I had my youngest, her husband and baby move in with us for 3 months. The apartment they were renting was sold and they had to move. My son in law was in the military and they knew he was going to be transferred to another base. So signing a years lease would be crazy. We did not charge them rent. If it had been permanent we would have talked money. But a few months, or weeks, you help family out.

I know a lady whose 2 kids were taken away bc of abuse by the Dad. They were put in foster care for 1 month and the foster Mom wasnt nice either. The court gave the Mom a choice: lose the kids or keep the husband. She chose her children,moved back home and started a new life. She couldnt have been happier. The month they were gone was hell. She asked God to forgive her and renewed her faith with Jesus.

i had a friend who begged me to stay with her when i would go back to my old hometown. honestly i like staying in hotels, BUT she always begged me. so i stayed with her, it was awful . she was loud, and i basically had to be up and go to bed when she did. it was bad. when i went back to the hotel she complained that i didnt give her any money. for the record i would never ever ever accept any money for a friend or family remember to stay with me, not ever!

She lost custody of two children. She's living off of her 21 year old son and really wanted to charge this woman rent for letting her sleep on the floor in the living room for 3 weeks while visiting?! She's a special kind of special. At least her son has some kind of work ethic!

Lol wow. I remember when my late MIL came for over a month to help me after a c-section. I was extremely grateful for her help. I could never imagine suing my in-laws for staying to visit their grandkids, etc
