What kind of tape do you use? It curves very, very nicely. Maybe I've just not used real painter's tape...

I would have wanted 10 hours for the dog leg, 8 hours for the front of the 1/4, 6 for the back and 8 for the sail panel. 32 hours at $65 an hour $2k. Plus almost all the R&Is to put the 1/4 on, probably would have been better, faster, cleaner and more profitable to put a 1/4 on. Nothing worse than getting 1/2 way through a straightening job and thinking “I should have replaced this”.
