Our minds need space away from the gaslighting and manipulation that can cloud our judgment and leave us second guessing ourselves. Ignoring the narcissist by not engaging with them is helpful, but protecting ourselves from seeing them, their messages or their social media are ways to give our minds and hearts space to heal.
