I have joined Accenture as a fresher .As per my suggestion don't join Accenture as a fresher . They have hired me for development profile Even my training is on development side and I have scored very well in the training even after that they has put me on support project in networking in that also in some non technical role .And in the same batch person how scored less Mark's then me are working in development profile.so Don't join as fresher you can join as experience.
