As a native Muscovite i would suppose that Saint P is better in terms of living. Living in Msk might be controversial due to pretty fast pace of life: motoorks, couriers, southerns, constant noise wouldn`t benefit to a healthy well being

From your travel around Russia what is your take on if other smaller cities will start redevelopment and start getting modern, better transportation systems, roads.. Alot of things happening in Russia for the good and i can see more people moving there especially with the new decree passed
