I’m a transfer student (junior) and this semester has been very tough. I’m concerned because I’m doing poorly in organic chemistry and gene biology. Hopefully i can create an upward trend in the following 3 semesters.

I think everyone is struggling right now. I'm a junior as well, former 4.0 student, but this semester I'm earning C's and B's.

I've been struggling as well with personal problems throughout the year. I'm hoping I can bring an upward trend in the last half of this year and next year. I was a 4.0 student in high school when I graduated.

Hi, I can’t find the episode on Ask the Dean where Dr. Wright mentions that schools prefer undergrad over master’s classes. Does anyone know what episode he mentions that. Also, that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me as someone who finished their master’s recently.

Hey Dr. Gray! My university is requiring all students to take classes online except for labs but they made them credit or no credit. How will medical schools view these and should I reach out to the ones I’m applying to and tell them of how the university required these classes to be the way they are?

@@carlosgonzales3367 I would definitely ask but I think they will understand. That's something out of your control. I know P/F classes are being excused right now.

@C B positive, I was very clear that I didn’t want this and they said basically that it’s mandated by the university🤷🏾‍♂️

@C B gotcha, that makes sense. In our transcripts there is a portion where the university adds additional information in the sense that it should have a small description of those mandates. I imagine that should help, ya?
