Is the record be available for NEXT recruiters that what work we have been doing in previous company??? Like this PF account shows that we were in so so particular company before... In order to fake experience of other fields like testing or development...? Will Next recruiters find out that we were doing some other work rather than testing or development in previous company?

Right, I was watching this video coz, many people attached fake experience and salary slips in covid and they got very much hike. I have genuine experience but my package is very low compared to them. But "RD Automation" elaborated on absconded candidate which is very irrelevant. Please do some needful on this. Sir, my degree passout year is 2020.And during pursuing degree I worked for a company upto 3months in 2018. And that company has created my PF account. Now,I have completed software testing course and I want to apply fake experience. Will it create any issue ? Please answer me .

Yes, most of the organization verified your working by pf number... UAN number is permanent organization track them

And if a person didn't work after graduation then can a person show fake experience of small startup company who don't provide PF account ? If PF account would not be there then any possibility of getting track????

I think u need to open new pf account and don't give any kind of previous pf information

@@swapnilbhosale726 Yes all things are handled automatically when we switch the company, as our employment cancels from one company, they closed our PF account from the same.

Mostly companies enroll PF in 2nd month of employment... This is my experience. Because the process is too long when you have changed employment in different state.

You can update your date of exit yourself from the EPFO website. Just watch some videos for the process.

Bro I have genuine 3 years experience till now. For the job initially i have put 2.5 years fake experience. Now I'm looking for job change. I have tried to proceed with 3 years genuine experience only but not getting calls due to 12LPA shall i include fake experience to make it 5+ or not
