I guess maybe the 2nd one as there will be variable option for example in the first case you can only put your money at some fixed things limited to just 5000 but for the 2nd case you can invest 10000 into many things more so yes you can play it safe by management risk strategy and play good into making 2 sip will be a better option then

Lumpsum is always better option for those who regularly present in stock market n updated every single news that practically happened in their world. Then he can choose lumpsum as sip. Ex- invested lumpsum 10,000/- then wait after downtrend invest 10,000/- again then more shares accumulated. This is wat sip is! But sip only deduct at certain time in a month not deducted at market down.
