Should I Use A Buyers Agent Instead of The Listing Agent? | Pros & Cons | Buyer Representation

As an agent who works with buyers and sellers, the most solid advice I can offer to a first time home buyer is to have your own buyers agent representation.
As a listing agent, we are hired already by the sellers and have to act in their best interest- not yours as a buyer. We answer the phone calls from our signs (well some of us do) and answer your questions but you WILL need your own agent!
