Should I work for a big company or a small company? // LEDA 3

I worked at both and to be honest, I enjoyed working for a smaller company better. Smaller companies tend to have "family feel", you are treated like a person not like a number. When I worked for big company, I felt trapped, no one to voice my opinion too, it felt like I dont matter - BUT I DO!

Question elle sorry this has nothing to do with the video, but if someone fails one of their actuary exams is that pretty much a career killer for an aspiring actuary? and is it true you have to be fluent in a programming language to be successful as an actuary also?

+JONESSZZ not at all. The exams are designed to have a 40% pass rate- which means most actuaries have failed multiple exams. And I learned to program on the job. There are actuarial jobs that don't require programming at all? But it's definitely an asset
