Peaceful Putin wanted to join NATO but illegal U.S. War-Criminals SNUBBED him! Ex-NATO Head George Robertson (UK Labour) met peaceful Putin NINE times politely wanting to join NATO & the EU. Until Robbo left NATO in 2003 and constant Global threats U.S. War Criminals illegally invading the middle-East (opposed by U.N. peaceful Putin) falsely smeared peaceful Putin as a 'threat'. In September 2022, during the 7th month of the Ukraine War, interviewed by Channel 4 about his nine meetings with Vladimir Putin, ex-NATO Head George Lord Robertson said, "At the first meeting (in Moscow, Oct 2001) Vladimir Putin clearly said, 'I WANT RUSSIA TO BE PART OF WESTERN EUROPE...at the 2nd meeting (in Brussels) he said..'WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO INVITE RUSSIA TO (apply to) JOIN NATO?' I started to sort of reach out and engage them in so many activities that they basically couldn't fight with us. But after I left NATO (in Dec 2003) the American administration, the Bush administration (DURING THEIR OWN ILLEGAL WAR ON IRAQ opposed by peaceful Putin) lost any interest basically in doing business with Russia, they saw it as a threat..they didn't really want to make it part of the overall partnership (for post-Soviet peace which Russia was among the first to join in 1994). Germany's dependence on Russian gas? Supported by Putin. Orban? Supported by Putin. Furthermore: The refugee crisis was not only started by Putin (Russian army started to bomb civilian targets in Syria in 2015), but they supported the Anti-Covid movement in Europe and the anti-Climate-Change movement with money, intelligence and propaganda.

I'd say it's raining more on Russia now. Having the clown Trump elected, woke NATO countries and thinking US conservatives to America's role in Europe. Putin reunited NATO brilliantly, making it greatly stronger now. Putin made us aware of what meddling could occur in this age, and now we're better prepared. Putin exposed his imperial greed beyond any ally's doubts, Germany et al now are hurting, but regaining their energy independence, Russia's a bleeding pariah, who will take a long time to heal and rejoin Europe, in any fashion. Lastly, loud and proud China is watching the costs of overt aggression, very closely. Every bad turn still has its lessons and benefits.

I was in the USSR when it came apart, and the Russian politic and civilians were desperately hoping the West would come in with guidance and assistance at the level we helped to rebuild Germany. Russians badly wanted to be our close friends. We had that opportunity with Yeltsin and Clinton, and then with Putin and Bush. Clinton was busy partying with the Hollywood crowd, and Bush inherited his father's Cold War prejudices. Russians took it very hard when we left them to drown. We blew it both times.

I think we missed an opportunity at that time because I think it's what he (Putin) wanted, and we could have grabbed hold of him!" kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYXYhaaHZtCoj7c

The curse of oil is reaching an end as the potential for a global economy based on renewables will cause a massive shift in power with all the transition troubles thrown in.Change is terrifying!!!!!

Trouble with renewables is that they probably will never supply more than a small fraction of energy needs. Otherwise we would already have got most if not all of out energy needs from renewables by now. Whether one likes it or not, Oil will stay be a vital part of energy and other needs for many years to come. It will probably only end when humanity has self destructed or when it runs out.

My question is how long NATO/US is going to keep on finding a country like Ukraine who is doing all the hard work and war for them? If they do not take Russia and Russian into their fold, I am afraid that I am seeing some sustain war in Europe for quite sometime. One thing for sure is Russia is not Iraq and Afghanistan where NATO/US fought one side superior war where they bombed , occupied for 20 years and slaughtered women and children, committed war crimes and turned these countries into stone age. This war is not even six months old and I am seeing Europeans are already tired and just imagine how they are going to act, react and suffer for another years or so when this war keeps on dragging? I am seeing all the guilty aggressors in NATO/US and Russia as evils, and see no difference among them at all. This is a proxy war and I am seeing a long haul here. God Bless Europe.

I think in the near future Russia will use small nuclear devices. The risk factor is minimal because the West has more to loose and will most likely not risk a big war for Ukraine. In the end this is about making money for a select group on both sides. After the 24th August we might know more.

The Russians original said they were open to IAEA visiting the plant but Ukraine demanded that the IAEA enter the power plant only from Ukraine. The Russians pointed out that this was difficult but have agreed it can happen. It is obvious the it is the Ukrainians are the ones shelling the nuclear power plant (with US supplied weapons?)
