It’s such a tough one….. for me, it would have to be player lead… what I mean is the locker room would need to ok this decision if it was to happen (BIG IF) Also, you’d have to pay him league minimum and hope he drops the attitude. He knows the scheme and could help if his attitude is good

Now that Devin is a free agent, I would think having an interview and a listen with him would be worth it. Maybe he will have learned his lesson and become what he could have been. He has the talent and he knows the system. If he has his head right then it could work out well. One question the Bucs should ask themselves. Do we have anyone better right now that is healthy and available?

And as soon as he got on Philadelphia Eagles podcast, he was doing nothing but trashing the bucs backwards, forwards, and upside down.. there is no place for him as a player on this team. We need him back KJ Britt is ass and we don’t have any good inside linebackers besides lavonte david. With Devin white back on the D we would be 10x more stout against the run and have a much easier time with pass coverage defense. Even if dean is ass and it’ll be much harder to pass over the middle with Devin white and lavonte David covering. So we need him back until we can get someone better..

Not sure about bringing him back, since his issue was missed assignments and our issue is assigning someone to cover in the pass. But we definitely need help with either a coverage linebacker or a disruptive edge rusher. I think a coverage linebacker would be cheaper, maybe just as a niche role to stick in there on 2/3rd and long situations. I am a little shocked still, Bowles let this get to what it was.

I've been this for a few yrs now but we run a 3-4 and we draft like we run a 4-3. We draft smaller pass rushing DEs when we should be drafting bigger run stuffing DEs. We look for smaller ILBs when they should be bigger to help with run stopping. Basically Bowles doesn't know how to draft for his own scheme
