He sees this as a natural and justified reaction to a woman getting an education. They are the Christian Taliban. If we had a weaker government that couldn't enforce laws, they wouldn't hesitate to use violence against women who go to school. Well, Men do control the relationship. Women control the sex. Right now men in general aren't getting into relationships anymore. Now the US is left with tens of millions of women who now want a a husband and baby in their 30s, but there are no men willing to marry a women over 25 (for the most part in general). There are exceptions of course. Happiness for women over 40 is at an all time historic low with 25% of women on anti-anxiety/ depression medication, while men's happiness has gone up slightly. 40-50 years from now we're about to see millions of people dying alone without family next to them as a normal thing. you don't "understand" how.... etc.. did you try and get an understanding from their standpoint?.... not saying they're right or wrong.. the main argument i've heard is that men predominantly think with a "logical frame of mind" - hence the argument that men "have issues expressing their emotions", or they 'lack the ability to share how they feel".. but this works, this is how "traditions", "ancient truths", "legends, fables, etc" get carried on throughout the ages... regardless about how it makes people feel... and as for women, women predominantly think with a "emotional frame of mind" - willing to bend the truth if it "doesn't offend anyone" for example... which can be a beautiful thing in some cases.. but tragic in most... until recent days, these two attributes created a unity, a bond that would last for decades amongst men and women.. however.. emotions, like most other things- beside the truth-, change... men realize, logically speaking for example, that this strategy has worked, and will continue to work. however, womens emotion or ego to "traditional " means of living , have gotten them to rethink, or change how they feel about the "accepted, traditional roles" that men and women have played since the dawn of time.. when teaching children the importance of life, its crucial that the lessons are taught by those whose emotional maturity have developed beyond the children they're teaching.. you gotta admit, women like to share their emotions with toddlers, babies and all kinds of little kids, which is great -tells you that you have a natuarl desire to be a mother - but what if one of those toddlers "disrespects" you? i bet the first reaction out of most women teachers would be to PUNISH .. thats why we now have adults caving in to the gover xment. or too scared to speak their minds about issues they see, for example etc.. i'm just sayin.. i'd like to know what you think about that.. -al

@@SidandGeno-k6k women were absolutely educated 100 years ago, it was just primarily rudimentary and focused on being able to care for children. They even had schools in the frontier. Between female schoolteachers and homeschooling there is a very long history of women not only being educated but being educators. This obviously did help women raise their children as reading, writing, and counting, etc are rather important, and are involved in such a simple task as using a recipe. Now before any sort of formal education you were only really taught to care for your family by your mother so it's not the best especially since you have no real knowledge of child development bit it is still some kind of limited education. It was college that was the biggest hurdle and still women have long been allowed into female only colleges, beyond class dictating your level of education unless your parents were particularly good and also deciding what you were educated in. 100 years ago is only 1921 now.

@feucrk Baiatych Nurturing does not require education? Yes it does. It absolutely does. Nurturers are a child's first teacher. In their early years, children who have an educated mother, benefit by developing better cognitive skills and get a head start in life. Various studies have reported that mothers who receive higher education in resource-poor settings are more likely to engage in higher quality interactions with their children, have greater knowledge of child development, provide an increased quality of home stimulation and scaffolding for their children.

ya anyone who tries to push gender roles onto others can frig off, especially when it comes to parenting. Men are literally hardwired to be protective over the more vulnerable people in their life, it's literally one of the chemical reactions in the brain in response to testosterone. Its true that women have this crazy maternal instinct, it's true that pregnancy & hormones during/after birth tend to increase this protective maternal instinct kind of thing, but what people don't understand at all is that men literally go through the same thing. Spending time with your pregnant spouse/partner even being around platonic pregnant friends and relatives and such, makes a similar reaction in men's brains. It's basically the same but it's different and involves different hormones .. Parenting is parenting and the word parent is NOT a gender specific term.. I'm so sick of people being crapped on just for letting their natural instincts and love for others influence how they act and how they parent... This whole societal ~men aren't meant to be homemakers or baby cuddlers~ thing is literally against human nature and against natural instincts... Even on a tribal level ages ago when humans theoretically would have had multiple women per one men and hunting/gathering was our thing cause we hadn't started farming yet... The men would come back from the hunt and spend time with their children... Its certainly a perfect example of ~toxic masculinity~ for lack of a better term and how men have also suffered and been struggling with society forcing dumb roles on everyone that do more harm than good in the long run. Your daughter is going to appreciate you a hell of a lot, especially as she ages and realizes that many of her friends and peers are lacking good male role models in life or good role models in general of any gender.. it's hard. And it's crappy I have to give people props for doing exactly what we're all supposed to do but so many parents of any kind or gender put in LESS than the bare minimum, so I always make sure to compliment people for putting in the effort for their kids.

Pesehet or Peseshet (c. 2500 BCE) was known as "Lady Overseer of Female Physicians" and may have been associated with the temple-school at Sais, in Egypt. She has also been cited as the first female doctor known by name, but it is not clear whether she was best known as a practising physician or a teacher. Enheduanna (c. 2285-2250 BCE) was an Akkadian High Priestess of the goddess Inanna. She is the first writer we currently know by name, and her writings are probably the earliest examples of a person writing about their own interior life and subjectivity. Tapputi-Belatekallim (c.1200 BCE) was a Babylonian perfumer, who is the earliest named chemist. Her writings are the oldest known descriptions of a still, and she would have used techniques of distillation and sublimation in her workshop. She seems to have developed her own refinements of these techniques.
